EFT is a meridian tapping therapy which allows you freedom 

from unwanted negative emotions

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a holistic body/mind self-help method– a process of mindful and intentional tapping (gently, with fingertips) on several acupuncture meridian end-points on the face and upper body. It is complementary to any treatment or therapy you may be receiving it is very effective and can produce wonderful results quickly. However it should not be used as a 'substitute' for professional medical treatment or therapy.

EFT is easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone. It can allow us to transform the way we respond to uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and troubling memories (with pain, tension, stress…). Whether it’s used alone or together with an experienced practitioner, EFT can bring surprising (and lasting) relief, change the energy we bring to any life situation, and so much more. As we explore EFT for ourselves, we can become more aware of how our thoughts, beliefs and emotions affect us physiologically.

EFT works by tapping on the body's energy system to bring the energies into balance which allows the energy to flow freely and release the negative emotion. This promotes good health and a feeling of wellbeing.

Why EFT?

Most of us can think of areas of our lives which could be improved, if we were able to make changes to our physical or emotional condition. It may be something in our lives that we no longer want to experience, such as Lack of Confidence, Jealousy, Anger, Grief, Sadness, Guilt, Phobias or Depression etc. 

Maybe some events from our past just keep coming back to haunt us!

Or it may be a physical pain that holds us back, such as joint pain, headaches, stiffness, intestinal discomfort, constipation, insomnia or back problems to name but a few.

If you have tried all the usual healing or personal development approaches and have resigned yourself to living with your problems or symptoms, then why not give EFT a try?
