Welcome to our beautiful studio in Tiptree, where we offer full support for your Reiki journey, from beginner through to Mastership. Our experienced teacher has been practicing Reiki for 18 years and is committed to helping you develop your skills and knowledge of this energy healing practice.

We offer a range of Reiki training courses, including Reiki First Degree, Second Degree, Mastership and Reiki Drum Practitioner. Whether you're looking to learn Reiki fro personal healing or to become a certified practitioner, our courses are designed to provide you with the tools and techniques you need to become confident and competent in your Reiki practice.

Full conversion material is provided, if you started out your Reiki journey with another learning provider.

At our studio, you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can connect with other like minded individuals and receive the guidance and support you need to grow and develop your Reiki practice. Our Reiki training courses are also offered at Phoenix Holistic & Complementary Training Centre in Chelmsford.

Reiki is not attached to any religion or belief system, anyone can learn reiki for themselves.

Our Reiki training courses are a lot closer to the system taught by Reiki's founder, Mikao Usui in 1920s Japan. Keeping things simple and teaching an uncluttered Reiki system that is intuitive, focused on self development and free from dogma. Class sizes are kept small, a maximum of 4 students on any one training course. All courses are certificated.

Reiki First & Second Degree

I did my 1st and 2nd degree Reiki training with Zoe, and I am so pleased that I did. At the 1st degree training day I didn't know what to expect, but I was greeted so warmly by Zoe and the others in our class. It was a lovely experience, it was a very informal day, and it almost seemed like we were all already friends, nothing was too much trouble if we asked for something to be explained further, Zoe shared her own experiences which were lovely to hear. 

I so enjoyed the effects of the reiki and sharing it with my family and friends that I soon booked up for the 2nd degree course. It was like returning to see a friend, and I enjoyed the day so much, and sharing experiences of our reiki journey to date. 

If you are thinking of booking up for Reiki level 1 or 2, I can't recommend Zoe highly enough, and I will be booking up for my Reiki Master level next year.

Level 1 (Shoden) Reiki

An excellent course, very thorough and inspiring. Great pre-course manual and audio tracks to listen to whenever you need too. Excellent support from Zoe, she created a warm and relaxing atmosphere which gave us confidence. She presented reiki in a way that was straight forward to understand. 

I found the course a lot of fun too and I feel all learning is best when you are having fun. It did not feel like we were just being lectured too, we all had a chance to share our experiences with reiki asking and answering questions. One section of the course went ino the next perfectly, a great flow, very natural and organic.

I can't recommend this course enough.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Reiki 1 training day with Zoe, it was fascinating listening about her journey into Reiki and her passion comes through. I was with a wonderful group of 3 other keen Reiki students and we practised what we had learnt on one another with amazing results! I can’t wait to learn more and more and to experience what this wonderful treatment brings my way 🙂 x

I attended (with three other students), a Reiki 1 training course at Silver Spiral Holistic Health yesterday. Zoe the owner and tutor, was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. The manual and links she supplied were most helpful. The day was well planned, and the atmosphere was warm and encouraging. I very much enjoyed the event. I look forward putting into practice the skills I learnt and doing more training with Zoe in the months to come.


I highly recommend this course. Five stars!

An uplifting course, Zoe delivers really well, keeping enough time on each step of the journey for us to absorb the teaching and to meditate on our experiences.

I found the immediate journaling a great way to record even the tiniest part of the drumming 'journey', which later enables a deeper reflection and insight. Lovely!

I have completed Shinpiden Reiki Master Teacher course with Zoe. My journey was made easy because the course work arrived well in advance of the set study days.

It is imperative that one studies and works through all the tools that are supplied in advance. This was essential for me. Zoe was professional and friendly. She was able to give advice and pass on knowledge when needed one felt no pressure on the study days. It also helps that Zoe is available to answer questions and queries relating to training before and after the course. I would recommend Silver Spiral Holistic Health for Reiki Training. I recently completed Level 2 Reiki with Zoe and was once again blown away by the experience. Zoe has such an amazing, calm energy and explains everything so thoroughly while also allowing her students to simply go at their own pace and embrace the experience as the very personal and unique one it is.

The energy of being in such a supportive group with other students and the opportunity to share insights and experience was really wonderful and I throughly enjoyed becoming immersed in learning Okuden and applying the symbols to elevate my own understanding, experience and practice.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Zoe and no question ever too basic so I always felt confident to ask anything and to accept that whatever I was experiencing was right for me. Add to this Zoe's lovely energy and her provision not only of the best biscuits but also home made quiche for everyone was truly above and beyond!

I really can't recommend Zoe and her courses enough and I feel truly honoured to have been part of this training and now a part of the Reiki community through her.

Reiki First Degree


I thought the course content was clear and naturally flowed, with time for questions and general discussion. I had no expectations as such, apart from ending the day with a working basic knowledge; on this basis, the course more than met my expectations, with grateful thanks to a very good teacher.


I am not somebody who learns by reading; however, I did find the manual interesting and clear, and the audio downloads are good. I learn by doing; therefore I got an enormous amount out of the live training, including feedback from my Reiki partner. The venue was nice, with the room being just the right size and décor, which added to the calm of the day. I was amazed by the refreshments provided by the teacher; above and beyond. I cannot think of anything that might have improved the course; it was great. 


The teacher was open and welcoming, and willing to discuss any questions raised at any time. Whilst the course initially appears long, the time did not drag at any point in fact, I was really not aware of time at all, which was lovely. I got a lot out of the day, not just the training, and from the reactions of the other participants. I am not alone in this view, I would definitely recommend this course to others.

Reiki Drum Practitioner

I completed my reiki drum training with Zoe over the past two weekend and qualified this Sunday. The whole experience was very enjoyable. Zoe is a wonderful teacher, she is clear and thorough in her explanations and really supportive throughout the journey (especially when discussing your meditation experiences), she is able to share her knowledge and wisdom and help you to find insight or meaning behind some of your messages. 

My cousin and I both felt comfortable to ask questions and always received detailed answers.

The drum is included in the training price, and I am in LOVE with my drum. I feel deeply connected to the reiki drumming practice and have already completed a group healing session with the drum at the circle I sit in.

I received great feedback and am excited to continue my journey as a reiki drum practitioner.

If you are interested and are thinking about taking the training, I would definitely recommend it! Thank you so much Zoe for 2 fantastic days of training and for my certification as a reiki drum practitioner, I am so delighted.
